The tradition of a style may have a long history, it only survives if it can adapt to the times!
Chinese martial arts, lore and development!
Training means development, advancing yourself. We all train together, each on his or her progress, on his form, at his own pace.
No comparison with others, no competition.
We support and encourage one another, to be able to practice independently.

Through elementary school and a targeted development of technique, strength, endurance and flexibility, we learn to move our body consciously.
Implementing the classic techniques you have learned takes a lot of practice. We offer workshops for this.
The wooden dummy training helps to understand the mechanisms and forces of a technique.
The further stretching, especially of the legs, is a prerequisite for good mobility.
SanHuangPaoChui is the central style of the school. It has the greatest influence on training and applications.
Everyone is welcome in open classes, whether men or women, young (from 18 years of age) or old, fit or developing. Targeted warm-up exercises (HuoDong) lubricate and open the joints and stimulate the circulation. The JiBenGong teaches us the basic techniques, strengthens the basic muscles and promotes body stretching. Then we begin to train the exercises and processes of the forms (TaoLu) of the individual styles (style curicullum). The condition and strength increase automatically with the progress of the student and the intensity of the training. There is no pressure to advance or schedule. TianDi Wushu Xuexiao knows no belts, graduations or exams for the student. Another point in the training is the YongFa (applications). We learn to interpret techniques from the Taolu we have learned into an application. The technique of a Taolu can be used very differently from person to person due to their physical requirements.
Since the school was founded in 2003, it has been our main concern to promote the individual potential of the student.
Kung Fu is not the name of a martial art. It means "knowledge / ability from hard work".
Kung Fu is not the name of a martial art. It means "knowledge / ability from hard work".
There are three points to consider:
Exercising regularly helps to develop a positive habit.
This habit brings a greater ability to concentrate.
The
higher concentration allows us to implement and
master
the techniques, exercises and processes
more easily.
A Chinese proverb says:
"After 10'000 one starts learning!"
This want's to show how much it takes to really start understanding what one does!
Intensive repetition of individual, small steps help us to move forward.
Now
the real
work
to mastery
begins!
The most difficult of all three points is the will to continue!
Even after years of repetition, still having the necessary attention, self-criticism and motivation to continue working on yourself and working on your details.
The
more
one
practices
consciously, the
finer
and
deeper
ones
knowledge
becomes!
